FAB BAG PICKS: Scrub-a-Dub-a-Dub

‘Rough & tough’ is great for the soul, but not the skin. Soften yours by scrubbing away dead cells before you slather on that moisturizer…

After my Sunday morning cuppa (I’m a coffee addict!) I tend to take my coffee to my bathroom too. Coffee is great for my soul, but basically super for the skin. Caffeine provides the added health benefits when used as a wrap or scrub by helping to redistribute fat cells and decrease the formation of cellulite. So for a Sunday morning indulgence (even if you’re not a coffee drinker!) roughly mix 2 cups of coffee grounds (the filter coffee variety), half a cup sugar or sea salt, 2-3 tablespoons of massage oil (try a vanilla or cinnamon flavour for an added aroma-therapeutic boost). Relax in your bathroom and rub this gloopy mixture on your skin – face to toe for skin that’s soft, fragrant and a little free of cellulite!
